Après Ski

This chairlift is part of a disused ski resort along the border of South Korea and North Korea. One of South Korea’s first ski resorts, it opened for business in the early 1980s as snow fever swept across the peninsula. Sadly, due to fierce competition in the surrounding area, this resort was forced to close in 2006. The whole complex now sits in disarray, slowing rotting and being swallowed by the surrounding nature.
